O Restaurante Dona Lucinha São Paulo tem pratos da cozinha regional mineira, o clássico feijão tropeiro super recheado, galinhada com tutu de feijão, a linguiça artesanal maravilhosa e o esplendoroso frango com quiabo além de vários doces caseiros.. O cardápio foi elaborado a partir de uma cuidadosa pesquisa da cultura alimentar de nossa gente. Vale dizer: esta é a cozinha do tempo e da região do ciclo do o...uro e do diamante. A casa faz, diariamente, um festival de cozinha mineira, seja para preservá-la e divulgá-la; seja para mostrar sua diversidade e importância. Para tanto, é utilizado o sistema de buffet, que possibilita a apresentação, a escolha pessoal de cada um, além do sentimento de estar em casa, à beira de um fogão... Resultante de técnicas, saberes e toques afro-indígenas e portugueses, as carnes são "aliviadas" com o uso da cachaça e do limão. O urucum é usado em abundância e o sal em pitadas. Com predominância do verde, legumes e folhas, refogados ou crus, marcam forte presença. Nenhum creme, nenhuma pasta, nenhum defumado ou enlatado, apenas o que se colhia, por tradição, nas pequenas hortas das fazendas ou vilas. Doces de leite, ovos e frutas em forma de compotas, licores caseiros... Estamos em uma mesa mineira! . The Restaurant Dona Lucinha is dedicated to provide food and atmosphere preserving the taste and the food culture during the colonial times in Minas Gerais. The menu was prepared after a careful research of our people's food culture. Meaning, this is cooking from the time and the region during the gold and diamond cycle. The place provides a daily festival of Minas Gerais food preparation, whether for preserving and divulging it or for showing its diversity and its importance. For this purpose, a buffet style system is used, allowing presentation and selection by each person, besides transmting the feeling of being at home at the side of a stove. As a result of techniques, knowledge and Afro-indigenous and Portuguese touches, the meats are tendered with sugarcane rum and lemon, using a lot of urucum seed and a pinch of salt. Stewed or raw vegetables and leaves, with green predominating, mark a strong presence. No cream, no pasta, nothing smoked or canned, only what by tradition has been harvested in the small vegetable gardens of farms or mansions.
